THE BIG DOG EXPERIENCE

  • Booking Big Dog Golf Simulators is simple. We bring the golf experience directly to your event so you can focus on your guests while we handle the rest.

    1. Reserve Your Date

Contact us with your event date, location, and estimated guest count. Whether you're hosting a corporate event, fundraiser, birthday party, wedding, golf tournament, or community festival, we'll help determine the best setup for your space.

    2. We Arrive & Set Up

On the day of your event, our team arrives approximately one hour before your scheduled start time to complete the installation.

Our simulator requires a 10' W × 13' D × 10' H space with access to a standard power outlet. We carefully assemble the enclosure, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, and all equipment to ensure everything is safe, secure, and ready for play before your first guest arrives.

    3. Your Guests Play

Once everything is set up, the fun begins!

Unlike many rental companies, we stay on-site for the entire event. Our team operates the simulator, assists guests with game selection, answers questions, and helps players of all skill levels enjoy the experience. Whether someone is an experienced golfer or swinging a club for the first time, we'll make sure everyone feels comfortable and has a great time.

Our on-site support also ensures the equipment runs smoothly throughout your event, so you never have to worry about troubleshooting or managing the simulator yourself.

    4. We Pack Everything Up

When your event comes to an end, we'll take care of all cleanup and equipment removal. Breakdown typically takes about 30 minutes, and we leave the space just as we found it.

No heavy lifting, no complicated equipment, and no stress… just an unforgettable golf experience for your guests!

MEET THE TEAM

BEHIND BIG DOG

A happy family photo of three people outdoors on a sunny day. A woman with long brown hair and sunglasses stands on the left, a man with short hair, beard, sunglasses, wearing a beige shirt and shorts, holds a baby in a yellow outfit and hat on the right. The background features green trees and a fence.

We're a husband-and-wife team who wanted to create something that brings people together and makes golf more accessible, social, and fun. The brand was inspired by our German Shepherd and our son, who we nicknamed “Big Dog”, making the name a natural fit for something built around our family.

What started as an idea launched at our kitchen table, has become a locally owned, family-operated mobile golf simulator business designed to bring the golf experience directly to you.

Whether it's a backyard gathering, corporate event, tournament, or just a day with friends, we're here to make it easy to get together, have fun, and enjoy the game.
